The Whole-Building Approach

Insulation That Works With the Rest of Your Building

Code sets the minimum. We look at how insulation interacts with your HVAC, lighting, windows, layout, and Michigan's climate, so every system works less and lasts longer.

We work directly with contractors, architects, and developers to recommend the right materials and R-values for your project, then install them on your schedule.

  • Material and R-value recommendations matched to your design
  • Icynene® spray foam for wood- and steel-framed structures
  • Air sealing and insulation in a single application

Common Questions

Commercial New Construction FAQs

When is insulation installed on a commercial new build?

Spray foam is installed after framing and the plumbing, electrical, and HVAC rough-ins have passed inspection, and before drywall goes up. We coordinate with your GC so it fits the schedule.

Why go beyond code-minimum insulation?

Code sets the minimum, not the best value. Going beyond it lowers utility and maintenance costs, improves comfort and air quality, reduces noise, and protects the building for its whole life.

Do you work with steel-framed buildings?

Yes. Our Icynene® spray foam works on both wood- and steel-framed structures, including complex shapes and spaces.

Can you recommend R-values for our project?

Yes. We work with contractors, architects, and developers to recommend the right materials and R-values based on the building's design, use, and Michigan's climate.

How do we get an estimate?

Send us your plans or project details through our contact page or call (866) 775-3626. We'll review the project and put together a free estimate.
