Welcome to sealtechinsulation.com (the “Site”), owned and operated by Seal Tech Insulating Inc (“Seal Tech,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), located in Romulus, Michigan. By accessing or using the Site, requesting a quote, or otherwise engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Use of the Site

All quotes are subject to confirmation and an on-site or virtual assessment unless stated otherwise.
3. Requesting a Quote or Contacting Us
When you submit a form on the Site (including our lead/contact form), you represent that the information you provide — including your name, phone number, and email address — is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it. Submitting a form may result in a follow-up call, email, and/or text message from Seal Tech, subject to the SMS Program Terms in Section 9 below.

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Seal Tech Insulating Inc or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written consent.

Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years of age to participate in this SMS Program. By opting in, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.
10. Privacy
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at https://sealtechinsulation.com/privacy/, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information, including phone numbers submitted through our forms.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Seal Tech Insulating Inc, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
